Ingredients 7 slices of toasted bread 850 g of chocolate of your choice (nugget or crushed) Sliced fruits of your choice: Apples, clementines, bananas, pears, pomegranate... Maple sugar
Method
Melt 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of chocolate in a bain-marie.
Take the slices of bread and cover with pieces of chocolate
Put in the oven to brown to melt the chocolate (about 2 minutes.)
Take out of the oven and garnish quickly with the fruit. The chocolate must be melting for be able to stick the fruit to it.
Add fruit
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with maple sugar .
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
