Dr. Jeong completed her Bachelor’s in Science with distinction at the University of Alberta and then obtained her Doctor of Optometry and Masters in Vision Science at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Armand Nestor Domingo grew up in California and obtained his Bachelors of Science in Communications at Pacific Union College before earning his doctorate degree in optometry at the State University of New York College of Optometry. *Some restrictions apply, ask us for details.
